Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays). Processing includes order verification, protective packaging, and dispatch preparation.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard transit time is 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather, peak season, or local conditions.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If your order ships in multiple cartons, you may receive multiple tracking numbers.
Large / High-Value Deliveries
Some larger fixtures may require signature confirmation or scheduled delivery (if supported by the carrier).
Address Changes
Please confirm your address at checkout. If you need to update it, email us at info@kavker.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
Shipping Issues & Delays
If your tracking shows unusual delay or no movement for an extended time, contact us and we’ll assist with the carrier investigation.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kavker.com with your order number and photos of the outer box/label, internal packaging, and damaged item(s). Please keep the original packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Refunds
Return & Refund Policy (Kavker)
Effective Date: December 23, 2025
This policy applies to orders placed on kavker.com. We currently serve customers in the United States only.
30-Day Returns
Eligible returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (based on the carrier’s delivery record).
- Items must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in resalable condition
- Return must include all parts, accessories, manuals, and protective inserts
- Items must be in the original packaging (or equally protective packaging)
We do not accept returns for used or installed products.
Return Authorization Required
To request a return, email info@kavker.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging (recommended; required for damage or missing parts)
Approved returns will receive a Return Authorization email with next steps. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return Address
The return address will be provided in the Return Authorization email (return destinations may vary by item and shipping origin).
Return Shipping Costs
- Non-defective returns (change of mind / incorrect fit / preference): customer pays return shipping.
- Wrong item, confirmed defect, or shipping damage: if verified, we will cover return shipping or offer a suitable resolution (replacement parts, replacement unit, or return for refund).
Restocking Fees
We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns that meet this policy.
Inspection & Eligibility
All returns are inspected upon arrival to confirm they are unused/uninstalled, complete, and properly protected in packaging.
If a return does not meet these conditions, it may be rejected and shipped back to you, or partially refunded when reasonable and after confirmation.
Refund Timing & Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
Damage / Defects / Missing Parts
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
info@kavker.com with your order number, photos of the outer carton/label,
inner packaging, and the issue, plus a short description.
After verification, we may offer replacement parts (often the fastest option), a replacement unit, or a return for refund (when appropriate). Please keep the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
Order Cancellations
Email info@kavker.com as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).
Returns Not Accepted
- Used, installed, modified items, or items with missing parts
- Requests made after 30 days from delivery
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear after delivery
- Items sent back without return authorization
Warranty Note
Kavker provides a 3-year limited warranty for eligible products. Warranty support is separate from the 30-day return window.
